Instant Ragi Dosa & Onion Chutney
For INSTANT RAGI DOSA - I have just used simple ingredients such as:-
- 2 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (majjige)
- water as required
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp. chopped coriander leaves
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp toasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp seasoned mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp. toasted fenugreek powder (mentyapudi)
METHOD - mix everything in a large bowl and make a smooth & thin batter. Heat a pan, drizzle little bit of oil, pour a cup of ragi dosa batter, drizzle a spoonful of oil on top, cook (in a medium heat) both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with onion chutney.
For ONION CHUTNEY - I have used following ingredients:-
- 1 chopped & fried onion
- red chilli powder to taste
- salt & tamarind to taste
- 2 tsp. coconut
