GUJARATI Chutney



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • grated ginger to taste
  • salt & green chillies to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • curd (plain yogurt) 1/2 cup
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
  • coconut powder - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup

METHOD 

  • Grind ingredients into smooth paste
  • Heat little oil in a pan, season with mustard seeds & pinch of hing powder
  • pour the grinded green mixture and simmer for 3-5 minutes
  • serve with chapati, rice, idli or dosa varieties
