GUJARATI Chutney
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch coriander
- grated ginger to taste
- salt & green chillies to taste
- lemon juice to taste
- curd (plain yogurt) 1/2 cup
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- coconut powder - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1/2 tsp.
- roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
METHOD
- Grind ingredients into smooth paste
- Heat little oil in a pan, season with mustard seeds & pinch of hing powder
- pour the grinded green mixture and simmer for 3-5 minutes
- serve with chapati, rice, idli or dosa varieties
