Marinated Portobello Mushrooms

  

INGREDIENTS

4-5 Portobello Mushrooms
salt to taste
3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. each - Red chilli & Teriyaki sauce
finely chopped herbs (mint, parsley, coriander)
METHOD

 Combine together - oil, salt, vinegar, sauces, salt, herbs and marinate mushrooms at room temperature for about 20 minutes (toss thoroughly to coat mushrooms)
Pre-heat grill and place marinated mushrooms on to a grilling tray and gill for 10-15 minutes (by turning after 2-3 minutes) till mushrooms are heated and looks black and grilled, serve

INGREDIENTS

Turkish buns
pizza sauce
marinated portobello mushrooms
mashed potato
cheese
green chilli (optional)

METHOD

Grill buns to golden brown
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce
Place cheese, mashed potato, green chilli & mushrooms
Sprinkle salt & pepper to taste
serve
