ITALIAN Pudding
Italian Dessert - Banana Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 bananas (cut into medium small pieces)
- 1 large orange (skin, seed removed & cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup cherries (cut into half)
- 600gms vanilla custard
- 2 cup whipped cream
- 1 packet each of wafers & Italian Panealba biscuits (crushed)
- sugar to taste (I have used brown sugar in this recipe)
- pinch of cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add banana pieces, orange pieces, cherry pieces, sugar, coconut & cardamom powder - mix well to combine
- In a serving bowl, assemble in layers - crushed wafers & biscuits, fruit mixture that you prepared, custard, whipped cream & continue the process until you reach top of the glass
- Chill for 5-6 hours before serving
