EGYPTIAN Street Food - Falafel Wraps

Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 whole meal wraps
- 1/2 cup hummus (chickpeas) dip
- 1/2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated, torn
- 150g tabouli
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 1 grated carrot
- 6 (225g) falafel with sesame seeds, halved (if frozen, follow cooking instructions which is available on the packet)
Method : Place wraps on a flat surface.
Spread hummus along centre of each wrap. Top with lettuce, tabouli, cucumber,
grated carrot and 3 falafel halves. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Serve.
(can be grilled for a warm wrap)
