Grilled Veggie wraps using Quinoa Wraps

Falafel & Hommus Wraps




Ingredients (serves 4)
  • 4 whole meal wraps
  • 1/2 cup hummus (chickpeas) dip
  • 1/2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated, torn
  • 150g tabouli
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into ribbons
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 6 (225g) falafel with sesame seeds, halved (if frozen, follow cooking instructions which is available on the packet)

Method : Place wraps on a flat surface. Spread hummus along centre of each wrap. Top with lettuce, tabouli, cucumber, grated carrot and 3 falafel halves. Roll up firmly to enclose filling. Serve. (can be grilled for a warm wrap)
