ಬೆಲ್ಲ ದೋಸೆ | Jaggery (Cane Sugar) DOSA




Special sweet dish for Saraswati Pooja - made out of rice flour, cardamom powder, coconut milk, powdered Jaggery





Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  • pinch of salt (optional)
  • 3/4 cup powdered jaggary
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • Ghee or oil for making dosa
Method
  1. Wash and soak rice for 1 hour
  2.  Grind with other ingredients
  3. Prepare dosa (like other dosa varieties) cooking both sides
  4. Serve hot with a dollop of ghee on top
