Vegetable Pasta Bake


Ingredients
  • 500 grams dried spirals pasta
  • 2 cup cooked vegetables (carrot, zucchini, green beans, onion, cauliflower & broccoli)
  • 2-3 cups grated cheese
  • salt & pepper powders to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. each of dry oregano, parsley & basil
  • 750 grams tomato-chilli pasta sauce
  •  Olive oil
Method

  • Cook spiral pasta according to packet instructions, drain and keep it aside
  • Chop vegetables into bite sizes, cook until tender
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp. olive oil, simmer tomato chilli pasta sauce by adding salt, pepper, oregano, parsley & basil, mix well
  • Add cooked pasta & vegetables to the sauce, stir to coat
  • preheat oven to 200 deg. C
  • grease a baking dish,  place the prepared pasta, sprinkle with cheese on top
  • bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden on top, serve hot
