Mixed Sprouts Dosa  



INGREDIENTS: I used - 1 cup sprouts cooked & grinded         (molake hesarukalu & batani - green peas & green gram dal sprouts), 1 cup fine rava (semolina), 1/2 spoon each of mustard seeds and jeera seeds, pinch of hing and cooking soda, 1 each of onion & tomato (for grinding), 2 tsps. of spring onions & curry leaves (for grinding), salt to taste, grated ginger, green & dry red chillies to taste (for grinding), enough oil to make dosas, 1 finely chopped red onion and chopped coriander leaves to mix with the batter (after grinding).
METHOD: Cook sprouts and grind with tomato, spring onion, onion, chillies, ginger into a smooth paste.  To this add seasoned mustard seeds, jeera seeds, hing, cooking soda, fine semolina, salt and prepare thick batter.  Heat pan and pour batter by slowly spreading, with little bit of oil around the edges of dosa.  Allow it to cook on a medium flame and cook them on both sides.  Can be served as it is or with any chutney or curry of your choice.
